It is prophesied in the Bible that in the end times there will be an unprecedented outpouring of God’s grace on the people of Israel. We know that our young people are key to this move of God’s Spirit in our Land. To see this come to pass, we are committed to discipling our younger generation. In our work with the children and youth, we don’t want them just to know about the Bible but rather our hope is that they would “experience” God in a deep and personal way.
To strengthen their faith, we are investing in young lives and prioritizing their participation in our times of worship. Our camps and programs are focused on discipleship. We recognize that they need to be prepared for what they will face as teenagers. In Israel, there is the additional challenge of the mandatory military service for both young men and women at age 18. Many times, Israeli youth who identify as believers are very much alone in their schools and army units. They need to know the very real presence of Yeshua in their lives.
In Isaiah 8:18, it is written “Here am I and the children whom the LORD has given me! We are for signs and wonders in Israel From the LORD of hosts, Who dwells in Mount Zion.” We are believing that God will mightily use this “next generation” to be a witness of His love and calling to His people, Israel.
